If the survey is launched through Surveymantra's email launch feature, then Surveymantra sends out a unique URL for each recipient to click on to take the survey. Hence, you will be able to track who has taken the survey, who has not, and who has opted out. You can see this information on the dashboard for that survey, which is displayed in the Analyze or Manage sections.
